A Terengganu State Government programme, under which registered unemployed graduates are sent to companies for on-the-job attachment for six months. During the attachment they are expected to learn various trade-related skills vital for their future employability. Companies are encouraged to recruit suitable trainees after the attachment period is over.
This program is strengthening course to allow the students with minimum qualification in SPM/SPMV further their study to higher level.
Through out this program, students will be exposed to various related subjects gradually. Assessment will be made continuously based on quiz, tests, assignments, projects and final examination. To ensure the quality of this program, survey will be conducted by external panels appointed. Students successfully finish this program will be awarded Science Certificate approved by MQA
Experience teaching forces and effective syllabus will ensure the students to successfully follow this program.

This course is compulsory to all food handlers in Malaysia - bind to the Food Act of 1983 and the Food Hygiene Rules of 2009. TESDEC College is the certified school for Food Handling Training recognized by Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
